Beginning 2019-04-26 20:52 UTC, the PWS Platform team received reports from Pivotal internal teams experiencing problems accessing an internal credential store subsystem (CredHub). This issue occurred because of an upgrade of CredHub and this impacted new Service Instance creation. The PWS Platform team deployed a mitigation at 2019-04-26 22:13 UTC, and as of 2019-04-26 22:29 UTC the issues were resolved.
