All previously stuck instances have been cleaned up and new provisioning is verified to be working.

You may experience errors provisioning a RedisCloud instance if you previously had another RedisCloud instance that was manually deleted. We are working on fixing this error and hope to have a resolution shortly.
If you are currently experiencing issues accessing the RedisCloud dashboard, the current workaround is to manually replace the url from webapp.redislabs.com to app.redislabs.com.

We've received several support tickets indicating and have identified an issue provisioning RedisCloud service instances. We have escalated the issue to the involved 3rd parties and will update this incident as we progress towards a resolution.
