The Apps Manager app recently had a defect precluding the Scheduler integration from working. During this service degradation, the "Enable Scheduler" feature did not work. It was still possible to create instances of the Scheduler and bind them to apps through the general service creation and binding workflow in Apps Manager, and via the CF CLI. The issue is now resolved and steps are being taken to ensure that this issue does not happen in the future.
